Cardio Pump:
Weight lifting mixed with cardio. Each class is new and exciting.
Guts & Butts: 30 minutes of leg and butt exercise will reshape your body.
20/20/20: A complete workout featuring cardio and toning in an hour: 20 minutes of cardio kickboxing, 20 minutes of aerobics, and 20 minutes of body sculpting.

Spin Classes
Spin:
Spinning is a non-impact cycling class that guarantees a caloric burn of 600- 1000 calories per ride. This class is perfect for all levels, allowing you to control the intensity of the workout by adjusting the resistance on bike. Spinning is one of the fastest, most effective ways to slim down and shape up. Don’t forget your water and towel. 
Spin & Abs: A great cardio workout with a challenging abs workout.
Spin Circuit: This fat blasting class will keep you burning with fifteen minute intervals of spin, plyometrics and body sculpting.
Spin & Step: Get your heart rate up by spinning for 25 minutes followed by basic step movs and sculpting.
Top Spin:
30 minutes of spinning followed by 30 minutes of upper body training.
